Before you begin an online application, its worth having the following information ready.
Existing investors:
- your investor number
- name
- postcode
- email address
This will pre-populate the application for you. Once complete you will be emailed a declaration to sign, scan and return by email to regsitry. You may also need to complete the identification form in the PDS and mail original documents if you are investing under a different name and cannot be e-verified.
New investors:
- email address
- your Drivers Licence, Passport or Medicare Card (for individual or joint investors)
- your company name, ABN and registered office address - refer to your ASIC certificate or http://abr.business.gov.au (for companies)
- your super fund name, address - refer to your SMSF registration or http://superfundlookup.gov.au (for super funds)
Once complete you will be emailed a declaration to sign, scan and return by email to registry. If you are a trust (investor type) you cannot be e-verified and will need to supply AML Documents separately (this will be outlined to you during the online applications process).
Steps after you have completed your online application
Once you have completed your online application and received a declaration to sign via email please send to registry (either scan and email it, or mail it). Depending on what payment option you choose, you may need to send us your cheque, send in a direct debit request form or contact registry for a BPAY® reference.
Units in the fund will only be issued once all requirements have been received by regsitry. You will receive confirmation of your investment generally within a week of application.

What is the minimum investment amount?
The minimum investment amount for direct investors is $20,000, and the minimum additional investment is $1,000.
What form of payment do you accept?
- Cheques made payable to ‘CHDPML – CH Direct PFA Fund Application Account’ crossed 'not negotiable'
- BPAY® is for Australian investors only, and a reference number must be included on your application. To request a BPAY® reference number contact registry
- Electronic funds transfer to the following account, and remember to include a reference (name of applicant) on the application form
