DOF reaches its Total Offer Amount - July 2017
The Responsible Entity (RE) has determined that it will extend the Total Offer Amount (as defined under the PDS) above $250 million of Wholesale A Units. DOF will remain open for investment under the PDS on this basis. The RE advises that a new product disclosure statement for DOF is expected to be released this quarter.
DOF - Fully Committed - 12 May 2016
The Charter Hall Direct Office Fund (DOF) has now attained commitments in respect to its Total Offer Amount of $220 million. This has been achieved with strong support from direct investors, self managed super funds and their financial advisers and demonstrates investors appetite for quality direct property.
DOF is now closed for investment.
Regretfully further applications that may be received for the Fund are unable to be processed. Any additional Applications that are received will be returned to the Applicant along with any Application Amount.

Important update to Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) dated 15 October 2014
Charter Hall Direct Property Management Limited (ABN 56 073 623 784, AFSL 226 849) advises of the following updates to the PDS:
- The Total Offer Amount under the New Offer will be increased from $200 million to $220 million.
- Successful applicants for Wholesale A Units under the PDS will receive Wholesale A Units either through the transfer of units from Charter Hall Group entities or through the issue of new units at the discretion of CHDPML. Applicants will be deemed to have authorised CHDPML as its agent and attorney to enter into any documents to effect the transfer. Whether successful applicants receive Wholesale A Units via a transfer or via a new issue will have no impact on their rights, benefits and entitlements as a holder of Wholesale A Units. Wholesale A Units received by way of transfer will not be included in the Total Offer Amount.
The PDS should be read as necessary to give effect to the above.
