The Charter Hall Direct 144 Stirling Street Trust (CHIF8) is an unlisted property syndicate investing in an A-grade quality office building in the Perth CBD. 

Following a strategic review of the trust prior to its scheduled review event in June 2017, an offer was accepted for the trust’s asset. 

Management will commence steps to wind-up the trust immediately following the final capital payment in early March 2018.

* Valuation has been adjusted for the accrued costs relating to the sale of the property.
