Limited Offer of Bonus Units - Now closed
The Responsible Entity confirms the conclusion of the limited offer of bonus Units.
As per the DIF4 Product Disclosure Statement (PDS), investors allotted units before the earlier of the Limited Offer Date and the Limited Offer Amount ($60 million) being allotted, were issued an additional 200 bonus Units for every 10,000 Units they subscribed for.
Investors who are allotted units after this time will receive Ordinary Units as relevant. For details, please refer to the relevant DIF4 PDS.
