Ray Fazzolari

Ray has over 40 years of experience in the finance and property industry. He is the founding chair of Aqua Funds’ Credit Risk Committee and, more recently, has taken a hands-on role in managing Aqua mortgage positions that have been impacted by the Global Financial Crisis.

Ray has held senior positions including General Manager at St Hilliers, with responsibility for the company’s development and property investment activities. Prior to that, he spent 15 years with Leda Holdings, a substantial private property group, with 7 of those years as Managing Director and 11 years in commercial finance as General Manager of Real Estate with Citibank. Ray’s experience in the finance and property is wide ranging from lending through to loan workout and recovery.

Clive Taylor

Clive Taylor has been in the national agency property business for forty two years. He was previously a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and a member of the Real Estate Institute of Australia. Clive’s former position as Australian Head of Industrial Investments on behalf of Jones Lang La Salle earned him a reputation as one of the most trusted and respected members of the property industry. He is recognised as being at the forefront in raising the profile of industrial property as a strategic and separate asset class. For many years, Clive has been involved in the sale and acquisition of industrial investment property, particularly to and on behalf of the institutional market.

Cedric Fuchs

Cedric Fuchs

Cedric is a co-founder of Charter Hall with over 40 years of experience in property investment and financial services. He is a member of the Investment Committee for all of Charter Hall’s wholesale and retail property funds. Prior to co-founding Charter Hall in 1991, he worked with the Heine Group’s property arm (now part of ING) and Leighton Properties, where he was involved in the development and investment activities of those companies. Cedric holds a degree in Business Management.

David Harrison
Managing Director and Group CEO

David has 31 years of property market experience across office, retail and industrial sectors in multiple geographies globally.  As Charter Hall Managing Director and Group CEO, David is responsible for all aspects of the Charter Hall business, with specific focus on strategy. He continues to build the momentum of a $19.0 billion investment portfolio and is recognised as a multi-core sector market leader.  David is an executive member of various Fund Boards and Partnership Investment Committees, Chair of the Executive Property Valuation Committee and Executive Leadership Group.

David has overseen the growth of the Charter Hall Group from $500 million to $19.0 billion of assets under management in 12 years.  David has been principally responsible for transactions exceeding $25 billion of commercial, retail and industrial property assets over the past 27 years.

David holds a Bachelor of Business Degree (Land Economy) from the University of Western Sydney, is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute (FAPI) and holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from the Securities Institute of Australia.
