An exclusive opportunity to discover your place in property
If you’re heading into the final year of your Bachelor of Business (Property) degree at Western Sydney University or Bachelor of Property Economics degree at the University of Technology, Sydney, you may be able to gain hands-on experience with one of Australia’s leading property groups while you study.
Our exclusive 12 month program offers the opportunity to rotate through key business units at Charter Hall, from real estate investment and property management to property development and business services, and still have the flexibility to complete your studies.
Working alongside our teams of highly skilled and motivated property professionals, you’ll be paired with a senior Charter Hall employee who will act as your mentor during the 12 months. This gives you direct access to one of our senior leaders so you can increase your knowledge of the business and industry at a macro level.
Once you complete the program, a review process could see you offered a full time placement.
What to expect: Hear from Angela and Lauren, our 2018 Scholarship Program interns on their experience with the program, their passion for property, and their challenges along the way.
You’ll love it at Charter Hall if you have initiative, drive, and a results-orientation. Our can-do culture and size will give you plenty of scope to grow and develop.
