Charter Hall signs up Brendan Cannon

Charter Hall announces the appointment of Brendan Cannon as Development Manager for its Brisbane based operations. Brendan's role will assist with the delivery of new Charter Hall development projects and leasing campaigns.

Brendan's previous roles include Business Development Manager at Mirvac and Emerald Logic. Brendan brings to Charter Hall an ability to build strong strategic links with tenants and potential development partners.

Commenting on his appointment Charter Hall's Joint Managing Director, David Harrison said: "We are delighted to have secured Brendan's services. His excellent relationships with agents and the general business community will assist Charter Hall's ability to seize further off-market opportunities in the local market".

David Southon, Charter Hall's Joint Managing Director further noted: "Brendan's experience and profile will enable Charter Hall to further expand its core plus and opportunistic activities in Queensland".

Brendan will work alongside Ian Walker, Development Director for Queensland.

Brendan is also well known for his contribution to Australian Rugby Union, representing Australia in 42 Test Caps and has played 106 games in total for the Super 12/14 Series.
