Charter Hall Retail REIT senior management change

Charter Hall Group (ASX:CHC) (the ‘Group') today announced Steven Sewell has resigned from Charter Hall Group as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Charter Hall Retail REIT (ASX:CQR) (the ‘REIT').

A formal recruitment process for the CEO role will commence shortly with Scott Dundas, Chief Investment Officer, taking on the Acting CEO role during this transition period.

Mr Dundas, who has been with the REIT for over 14 years, will lead a highly experienced team to continue to drive the ongoing strong performance of the REIT for the benefit of all unitholders.
