Estimated Distribution
The estimated distribution for the period 1 January 2006 to 30 June 2006 is 3.82 cents per stapled security. The estimated distribution comprises 7.10 cents per stapled security (per FY06 Upgraded Forecast contained in the PDS/Prospectus lodged with ASIC on 19 May 2006) less 3.28 cents per stapled security paid in February 2006 being the distribution for the 6 months to 31 December 2005.

Trading in CHCCA securities
Trading in CHCCA partly paid securities will cease as of close of trade 16 June 2006. From 19 June the CHCCA code will be replaced by the CHCN code and trade on a call paid and deferred settlement basis with no entitlement to the 30 June 2006 distribution.

As of close of trade 7 July 2006 the CHCN code will cease and trade as fully paid CHC from 10 July 2006. New Securities allotted under the Initial Allotment as part of the Entitlement Offer, Placement and Public Offer will trade as CHC from 15 June 2006. The New Securities will not be entitled to the 30 June 2006 distribution.


Distribution Reinvestment Plan 
The Charter Hall Group Board has decided to deactivate the Distribution Reinvestment Plan ("DRP") for the 30 June 2006 distribution. The DRP has been deactivated because it is not expected that additional equity will be required following receipt of the final instalment of $0.25 per stapled security (due 30 June 2006) and the receipt of additional equity from the Entitlement Offer, Placement and
Public Offer of $100m announced on 19 May 2006.
