RESULTS OF AUCTION AND FINAL ALLOTMENT
A public auction of forfeited partly paid securities was held on 8 August 2006 at 11am. We are pleased to report the results of the auction as follows:
Number of securities offered for sale 109,000
Number of securities sold at auction 109,000
Number of securities remaining forfeited nil
Average sale price per security $1.38
Sale proceeds $150,420

Sales proceeds will be remitted to former (ie. forfeiting) securityholders after deducting the second instalment of $0.25 per security and the expenses of the sale.

As a result of the above we are pleased to advise that we have completed the fourth and final allotment of fully paid securities. An additional 109,000 securities have been allotted to the %u2018'CHC'' security.

The total number of issued securities (on a fully paid basis trading as CHC) is now 357,108,721.
