Charter Hall Retail REIT provides unitholders with investment exposure to a portfolio of high quality predominantly Australian supermarket anchored neighbourhood and sub-regional shopping centres. The REIT aims to deliver unitholders with a secure and growing income stream that is resilient in all economic conditions.
We actively manage the portfolio and seek to acquire new assets that are expected to improve the total return to unitholders. We actively:
- manage and develop properties; and
- manage the REIT's equity and debt financial structure.
By investing in Charter Hall Retail REIT you get exposure to major national grocery retailers in Australia and New Zealand together with major market leading grocery retailers, credit rated national tenants and major specialty tenants in the United States and Europe.
