The Manager adds value to the REIT through our extensive experience and access to resources throughout Charter Hall Group. We provide expertise in areas like:

  • which properties to buy and sell;
  • raising debt;
  • managing risks;
  • managing the impact of changes in interest rates; and
  • communicating with investors.
