David Harrison David has more than 25 years of experience in the Australian commercial property market and has jointly overseen the growth of the Charter Hall Group from $500 million to $10 billion of assets under management in six years. David has been principally responsible for transactions exceeding $13 billion of commercial, retail and industrial property assets across all property sectors. Prior to joining Charter Hall, David was Managing Director of Savills in Australia, an international commercial real estate agency business. |
Maurice Koop
Independent Director
Maurice's experience includes 26 years in consulting with particular focus on consumer goods, retailing and the financial services industry. Maurice is a senior adviser to The Boston Consulting Group. He served as a Non-Executive Director with retailer Just Jeans for 13 years. He has a BCom and a DipEd from Melbourne University and an MBA from the University of Toronto.

David Southon David has over 25 years of property industry experience and is responsible for overseeing project origination, project strategy and the formulisation and implementation of Group strategy together with the CHC Executive Committee and the Board. In addition, David is involved in the procurement and divestment of investment properties for the various Funds managed by the Group. Prior to co-founding Charter Hall in 1991, David was a Development Manager with Eurolynx Limited, the Heine Group's property arm (now part of ING), and prior to that with Leighton Properties. David holds a Bachelor of Business Degree (Land Economy) from the University of Western Sydney and is a Fellow Member of the Australian Property Institute (FAPI). |
Natalie Allen Natalie Allen was appointed to the position of company secretary on 14 November 2011. With more than 12 years legal experience in real estate and equity capital markets, Natalie brings extensive knowledge of listing rules, compliance, corporate governance and administration to the board. Prior to joining Charter Hall, Natalie was company secretary for a number of entities within Macquarie's Funds division. Prior to joining Macquarie in 2006, Natalie spent a total of seven years at Freehills, Sydney and Shearman & Sterling (California, US). Natalie is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and a member of the State Bar of California. She holds a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales.

Kristy Huxtable
Joint Company Secretary
Kristy Huxtable has over ten years' experience as a corporate governance professional. Prior to joining Charter Hall in April 2012 Kristy was previously Deputy Company Secretary at the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) for 5 years, where she was responsible for providing governance and secretariat support to the ASX Limited board and its board committees. She has held similar roles at ING Australia, William Hill Holdings (UK), MLC and Citibank.
Kristy is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and holds a Master of Business Administration, Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance and Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management.
She also provides governance support for not-for-profit associations in her role s Chair of the Scouts NSW Audit and Governance Committee.
