The Trust's main objectives are to:

  • invest in properties that offer a superior total return over the medium term;
  • sustain and improve income growth;
  • maintain a diverse portfolio weighted to strengthening markets;
  • focus on major lease renewals well before expiry; and 
  • focus on retaining existing customers. 

We hope to achieve the best investment return possible for investors by concentrating on properties that:

  • are of a high quality and well located in their markets;
  • are good value given the level of risk;
  • appeal to government and investment-grade corporate tenants; and 
  • are cost-efficient and offer strong sustainability credentials.
