Retail Investor Funds (Investments from $10,000)

Charter Hall provides retail investors the opportunity to invest in a diversified range of property funds across the office, retail and industrial sectors.

You can choose between funds that diversify across many assets and markets, which are sector specific (i.e. purely industrial property) or funds which are single asset investment vehicles (such as 130 Stirling Street Trust).

Charter Hall is currently promoting the opportunity for investors to consider the following compelling property funds which are open for investment and highly rated by independent research/rating houses:

  • Charter Hall Direct Retail Fund (DRF)  

    At the right time in the property cycle, DRF provides investors with the ability to access an established portfolio of high quality shopping centers with a focus on long leases to household names.  The initial portfolio of six quality assets is valued at $177 million and features 98.5% occupancy and a 7.3 years weighted lease term. Tenants include household names such as Coles Supermarkets, Woolworths Supermarkets and Bunning's Warehouse.  This investment provides a forecast distribution of 8.0 cents per unit for the first three years of investment; and

  • Charter Hall Direct Industrial Fund (DIF)

    DIF provides investors with the ability to invest in a portfolio of brand new industrial facilities. The Fund's current portfolio of three Australian industrial properties has a completion value of $69.5 million with income generated from log-dated leases ti major tenants Australia Post, Toll Holdings and Grace Worldwide. Investors can expect relatively low volatility, stable income and high after tax returns. DIF has an initial 7 year investment term and provides a forecast distribution of 8.0 cents per unit for the first two years.
