Charter Hall Property Securities Fund

Charter Hall Property Securities Fund (CHPSF) is a new property securities fund developed to meet investors and advisers demand for a lower risk, liquid property product with active stock selection relative to the Benchmark index.

An investment in the Fund provides a liquid, diversified exposure to some of Australia's highest quality office, retail and industrial property assets in one efficient investment structure. CHPSF will primarily invest into quality Australian Real Estate Investment Trusts (A-REITs) including property groups such as Westfield, Stockland, Goodman Group and Colonial Retail Property Trust. The portfolio is  actively managed to seek to maximise returns over the medium to long-term, in addition to providing a sustainable income distribution.

CHPSF's objective is to exceed the return of its Benchmark, the S&P/ASX 300 A-REIT Accumulation Index, after fees over the medium term. Click here to view the portfolio construction.
