Charter Hall Direct Property Fund (CHDPF) is an unlisted property fund that primarily invests in a diversified portfolio of direct office properties, providing sustainable, tax advantaged income and the potential for capital growth.

Charter Hall believes the outlook for the office property market, along with the economy and white collar employment growth, continues to steadily improve, pointing to a positive performance for the Fund in the medium term.

CHDPF is currently anchored by nine quality office properties located in established markets throughout Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.The Fund's portfolio currently has 95% occupancy, a weighted average lease expiry of 4.1 years secured by leases to over 130 tenants.
