The unit consolidation will be effective from 1 September 2010 and will be on the basis of one (1) consolidated unit for every five (5) pre-consolidated units. The consolidation will include the units issued on 20 August as part of the Distribution Reinvestment Plan (“DRP”), relating to the 30 June 2010 distribution. Where the consolidation of a holding results in a fractional unit, that fraction will be rounded up to next whole unit.
